I contacted Harry from Best Price Travel and he is one of the best customer service person I ever met in travel agency/airline industry. Very honest, open, knowledgeable and looked for a better option in my flights. Always available during business hours and responsive to emails/phone calls. Offered me couple of options and negotiated pricing on my behalf with multiple airlines to secure a deal. At the end, I received a best deal based on multiple countries stop over and less transit time. High recommend Best Price Travel to others.

I would definitely recommend Mr.Harry for the flight booking. He always available to answer your query’s regarding flight and assist in any way. We booked our flight twice and we had great experience with best price travel company. Everything is clear to understand when booking and follow up correspondence. I had to give them one star because there was nothing lower on the score board. Thought that I was booking directly with the airline turned out it was with this crowd. Within 1-2 minutes of the booking I am on the phone to them when I realised my mistake, but now it is $350 x 2 to cancel flights tickets that I was told were "almost" ready to be issued. This is now some 20 odd minutes later and being put on hold and transferred to a second person. Stomach sank further when I had a quick look at these reviews. Where else in Australia do they charge you $700 if you change your mind within 1-2 minutes of a transaction, looks like there is no such thing as a cooling off period with this crowd. All that I can say is Karma is a b*tch.

I booked flight ticket for my parents. When I book the ticket I specifically mentioned the agent (Hary) that there is high change that I have to reschedule (delay) the flight to 1.5 to 2 months later because of my parents health condition. So I specifically paid extra for the fare to make it flexible. I purchased the fare in very high price because of urgent flight. When I asked the agent to reschedule it for 2 months later date they charge me $500 extra again. These guys are very unprofessional, they keep you hold on the phone unnecessary. They play the mind game with you and the situation. Please do a favor to yourself, get the airlines ticket from valid agent. This is a SCAM.

I recently booked a ticket on call with BestPriceTravel.com, and this is the worst experience I have had while booking a flight ticket. I was misled by incorrect information about my flight from Kathmandu to Melbourne, which was provided by an agent named Amy. Imagine an international flight without meals. And even after constant followup, I wasn't provided with any solutions, and when I asked about cancelling the ticket which was just an hour after booking, they were charging almost 25%, which is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend ever booking through this website.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TRAVEL AGENCY "EVER"- we made a booking for a family of four for SYD-DELHI-SYD through them for travel to India in April 2020 and the tickets were required to be cancelled due to the COVID lockdowns. We patiently waited as many others to see how things unfold for travel and Air India and the Govt. of India had both advised that customers with travel plans during the lockdowns are to be refunded in Full ($3,570). Despite explaining that we have undergone significant financial hardship due to loss of employment and illness in the family and need the refunds badly - they part refunded the money in October 2022 (after many many follow-up calls and emails) and deducted a MASSIVE $700 - I have explained that this was both very unfair and unethical to deduct such a huge amount in the name of "administrative / processing" costs. They do not care - businesses like these should not exist. I am going to be lodging a complaint with the Australian Federation of Travel Agents, Airline Customer Advocate, the Fair Trading NSW and the ACCC. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS !!!

I canceled my reservation due to cancer and now I cannot get a hold of them for my refund I have been calling for a week and sent two email and no response. There chat service is not in English

In my experience, they have the worst-ever Customer Service personnel. Arrogant, not having correct data to talk to customers, always talking over you.. the list goes on. They collected 240 AUD from me for Name correction (the name was not misspelled, a part of the First name was entered in the Surname). On paying they had updated it wrongly on the Airline's website. When asked about it they said it is fine. This after telling me the name has to be EXACTLY the same as in the passport and charging me 240 AUD. They keep you waiting for endless, and many a time the call is disconnected/ not connected to the correct person when trying to resolve. They say it is 24 hrs support but keep on saying they are not the right team Seriously suggest the management review their customer service capability I have written a complaint to their contact email but did not receive any reply
