Best Price Travel Reviews

Absolutely disappointed. Overpriced tickets to Europe from Australia on urgent flights. On top of that, when asked for 2 return tickets to be rebooked back from Europe to Australia, additional $2000 were asked. Called Qatar Airways directly and organized the flights charge for $50. Can not recommend these guys to anyone

Travel agent will not process our refund for unused flights. Confirmation from Qantas that we were to receive refunds back in October 2023, and still nothing received via this agent. Many calls and emails with no action. Quick to inform us that they will take $450 admin per ticket prior to any refund. it looks like friends have loaded 5 star reviews to assist them.

Scam in my experience. Tried to pay for two separate flight combinations for the same end destination/same day, after taking all personal and payment details both times, said 'booking declined - seat not confirmed, call 02 ...xx', their Sydney number. No use though, they just tell you the price just changed! Very strange experience any complete waste of a day!

so i made a hotel reservation thru pricetravel and an hour later got call my husbands grandmother died. I called to cancel this room, and a cruise and airfare...i was denied a refund on my room thru here. will NEVER use them again.

A big thank you to Anna for going over and beyond in getting the best fare and providing excellent customer service.

very dodgy. the price on web is fair enough when you book, submit the order, it was declined. you call them, they told you price changed extra 400$. While you refresh the website again it still the original price. not trustable people.

This agency is next level scam. They make you pay for service and they deny it! I made a flexible air ticket to India and since I'm hit with COVID I requested them to cancel my ticket and refund the money. The reply was the flexible ticket can't be cancelled and plus I have to pay if I have to change the date. You make flexi booking so incase if anything goes wrong you can change or cancel. Wendy from the agency told she can't refund and check the airline and their own policy where they have clearly stated it seems. I checked both and both said the ticket is refundable. Don't believe these guys. They are scam! They even changed their terms and conditions after I told them that theirs and airline T&C says the flight ticket is refundable. I have all the proofs, I did screenshot of all their T&C before they changed. I have lodged complaint on NSW fair trade. Save your time guys!!! Don't buy or get service from these guys!!!

I was privileged to have Grace as a consultant to assist me with our bookings She was a tremendous help and was constantly updating us via emails & phone calls I have also recommended a company to contact Grace and hope it materialises as I am confident she will do an excellent job Kudos to Grace

It took them three weeks to issue my e-ticket when I first booked. Now I need to make changes because my destination has become a war zone and they’re being incredibly unhelpful. I get hand balled from one person to another. No responses to emails sent. They make promises about “someone” will call you or email shortly but no one ever does. I bought my ticket from them because it was the cheapest option but I wouldn’t touch this organisation again. Pay a little extra and get your ticket from someone else. It isn’t worth the drama

He is wonderful service provider to me.

Please donot book. Big INDIAN Scammer. I lost my $3300 FOR TICKET . And never got nay response back. I haVE ALREDAY REPORTED TO TRADE FAIR AND ACTION WILL BE TAKEN SOON.

Don't trust them. they give you fake price . they do cheat. One star is too much for them.

Had a very bad day with other service provider. After checking online they connected me to Harry. And he is very kind and useful. Amazing and great customer service.

Excellence in customer service

I recently booked a flight and found myself in a situation where I needed to change the date at the last minute. I called the Bestprice Travel team from the airport and they were incredibly helpful. Every travel consultant I spoke to displayed remarkable patience. Despite my initial panic and raised voice, they handled the situation with great care and successfully managed to adjust my flight. I am deeply grateful to the entire team at Bestprice Travel for their exceptional service. You all are truly awesome!

The whole process of booking ticket was very easy and their staff Jenny was extremely friendly and made my booking experience really easy.

I have an excellent and wonderful experience dealing with Daniel, Senior Travel Consulant from Best Price Travel. Me and family were looking for a last minute booking and Daniel found best deal for us and convinient way of paying these tickets. After a day we got our ticket confirmation. In addition, Daniel managed to add extra baggage allowance for us beyond Airline's standard. Keep up excellent work Daniel and Best Price travel team
