Incredibly stressful experience. My gut instinct was telling me not to book with this company but they were so persistent in warning me that I was about to miss out on the best flight deal that I went ahead and booked it. The flight booking process went okay, what didn't go okay was what came after. I was flying Brisbane to London with Scandinavian Airways, via Singapore and on a Singapore flight (code share with SAS). When I landed in Singapore I was feeling quite unwell and was advised to rest the night at the airport and the Singapore Airlines staff said they would get me on a plane in the morning. However when the morning came (and I felt a lot better) I was advised that I would not be able to move onto another flight that day as they were no code shares with SAS. What followed was a nightmare, I spent 5 days in Singapore airport, unable to leave the airport, unable to get another flight, I had multiple calls with Harry from BPT who kept assuring me he was doing what he could, but nothing materialised. After 4 days in the airport I saw that there was a flight available with SAS / Singapore Airlines - the team at the airport confirmed there were seats, I called SAS directly and they also confirmed there were seats, but that the booking would need to be made by the agent. So I called the agent, the agent called me back a while later to confirm that he had been unable to reserve me a seat on that flight (despite there being seats available) and that he was finished working for the day so could not help any further. In the end I had to spend an additional $2500 on a British Airways flight to take me to London, after 5 days of sleeping on the floor in the airport. If I had booked directly with the airline it would have been a $130AUD charge to change the flight and I would have been up and away the next morning. I can safely say that this was the worst customer experience of my life. Booking with an agent like this is probably fine if the journey goes to plan, but if there are any hiccups it can be an incredibly painful and expensive mistake. The kicker was getting a text message from them 3 days later asking me if I needed assistance with any travel plans. I sent a few emails and waited over a week to post this to see if BPT would respond, offer any sort of compensation, or even an apology, but no comms materialised.

Tried to book flights to Koh Samui six months in advance. Advertised price was great so filled in personal plus credit card details. Then received message to contact them as no seats available. Was then advised that I needed to pay more for my return ticket. At the same time my daughter was booking the same destination for different dates and was given the same spiel. Won’t be booking through them.

It's almost more then 2 weeks i asked them recording regarding i booked tickets with vani nd after she changed her statement, Harry one of them staff member called me and said she said there is no penalty while change date in case, so would like to have recoding i asked Harry to send me by email they haven't done they are so fake people who love to cheat costmer and they never understand client situation,circumstances they just earning money with scams, never ever ever book your tickets with best price travel i have paid them 2550 $ for me nd my 21 month old son i have full right to listen the recordings still they not provided they all staff members vaani,Harry,niraj, nd more just doing a good salesmaning they not worry about Clients, they just making money..

2.5 years ago, I booked 2 tickets, Singapore airlines, the flights were been canceled due to Covid19, the policy I can get the refund, but I never got my money back. I contacted singapore airlines, they let me contact my agent BestPriceTravel. the agent says" We haven't receive the refund yet from the airline.We will refund you once we receive it from the airline" I guess I won't receive this refund forever. does anyone know where i can online lodge a complaint?

Good prices and is legit, but has zero customer service. I made a reservation with free cancellation on purpose, but I wasn’t able to cancel it with Price Travel. After countless phone call attempts and emails, looks like I’m out all my money. Would never use again

I dealt with Andy G from Best Price Travels, and he was amazing! He helped me find the best deals and also assisted me with updating my name once the booking was done. He was extremely responsive, reliable and provided me with lot of information which was beyond his line of service. I highly recommend Best Price Travels.

I dealt with Ms. Hang (Moon) extremely slow in communicating. Was never able to follow along with what I was asking for, thus sending itineraries that didn't make sense. She also ultimately told me they could only assist if I booked everything with them inclusive of hotels and air. In other words they couldn't assist with just transfers and tours. Very odd considering their website. There are much better options in Vietnam. I suggest skipping Best Price Travel.

Hi All We had the best experience with this website . After reviewing their negative views , I was hesitant to book my international flight with them . But their customer service representative Jodie was so supportive that she made the whole process so easy. There was no cancellation charges , no hidden charges or any other charges to extract money from us after the booking . I would 100% recommend booking via best price . Also FYI , it was a return ticket from Mel to Delhi and Delhi from Mel .we travelled in April .

I just want to warn people please donot purchase ticket from Best price travel even if they give free. Its a dodgy company. They will take all your money & will not attend your call & also not issue you tickets. They always put cheap price on Skyscanner but when you buy ticket from them, it will go into wastage. They are scammers!!!! Cheaters & Liars!!!!!! Fraud company working in Australia!!!!!!!

I would give less than 1 star if possible. Cancelled business class tickets on the 19/03/2020. Since then I have had to contact them many times to get updates on my refund. Although they had no role in the cancellation (Covid) they have provided next to no service and then impose an excessive admin/ consolidator fee of $422 whatever that fee means. I have contacted NSW Fair Trade Office but simply cannot believe that these guys are able to keep trading in Australia!

I was searching tickets to travel in an emergency and found this deal on website cheapflights DOTcom DOT au with website Budgetpricetravel DOT com DOTau wherein tickets were priced at a substantial discount to market price. I jumped on to the opportunity and booked the tickets only to be told (after the payment was made) that my tickets cannot be issued and gave me a reference number to call their office in Parramatta/ Bellavista. I did call the number still hoping the deal to be true and realized they have intentionally advertising cheap flights with no intention to sell but with an intention to collect your details, date of birth and mobile numbers. Be Careful. I wish i had time to take these monkeys to fair trading.
