Best Price Travel Reviews

They listed the cheapset option on CheapFlights. After completing of my personal information and credit card details on their website, my booking was inexplicably rejected, with instructions to contact a designated number. During my phone call, I was redirected three times, once to an overseas representative (possibly located in India), who then informed me that the price had increased by an additional $500. At this point, I had already disclosed my personal details and credit card information, leaving me feeling like I had fallen victim to a clear-cut scam.

Great service, easy to approach and good communication.

Very poor customer service. Booked my ticket with them. Quick to take your money and then no response. Eventhough their mail stated I would receiev the e-ticket in 30 minutes, I never received the same even after 24 hours. Inspite od several mails and calls, no response form the agency.

Saw them advertised for the cheapest price on Kayak, which was strange since I had not heard of them. They're upsell scammers - they put lower prices and decline your card, then tell you the prices have changed to suck you in. Do not use these people. Will be filing a complaint.

Danial at Best Price Travel was very knowledgeable, and helpful in the whole process of booking. I have already recommended these people to two of my friends.

I was booking my ticket online at best price travel. But there was a problem in processing as my credit card didn't allow to debit the ticket amount. Then I called and Daniel helped me to book my ticket and debit money from my account. He is very professional and answered my all queries instantaneously. I have bought ticket through Best Price Travel earlier also but this time Danie.sl service was excellent.

Daniel in Best Price Travel di his personal best to get my ticket refund and I thank him for his effort. Overall Best Price Travel is the place to buy your tickets with a personal touch. Thanks Daniel..

As name says - this is the best price flight ticket you could ever get. Firstly I was bit skeptical and not sure if it was legitimate or scam as it was that cheap. But after reading reviews and actually speaking to the team soon I realised it is real and is that super cheap. I've searched for day & days and yes these guys are the cheapest. John Kenneth served me and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and service. He ensured all names and details are correct as it's international flight, put in all our Kris Flyer details and also confirmed our seats. I cannot highly regard him any better. I will always purchase tickets from him from now on. To person reading this review, stop waste your time and just call this place!

Poor customer service and won’t recommend to anyone

I bought a ticket its was flexible . He did not change the date, Harry the agent name. The ticket l.paid $950 AUD. He said will.refund me only $500😡😡 l tryed to change the date but no way. This website is a scam

There is nil customer support. My booking was declined. The sight provides a contact number as well as online chat. I called the number as well as going through the online chat. I was put on hold for an hour, and then phone disconnected. I had to wait an hour for a response from the online chat. A chat was commenced however I was left hanging with my query.

My flight git cancelled, Never got my refund back, called them multiple times but all they said they have issued a ticket and so on.

Hi I have recently booked tickets for Singapore airlines. Wendy provided exceptional customer service and followed me up and provided the best deal. Special thanks to Team leader Jodie who helped me clear all my doubts. I would recommend Best Price Travel agents as your number 1 choice to consider while booking your travel needs. I would certainly book with them in the future.

Phoned a number of times for various things and each time the phone was answered promptly with very little waiting. Spoke to Chris, who helped me book short-notice flights at a reasonable price. Very helpful person. Only issues; I found it very difficult to understand his accent over the phone, but he kindly emailed me all the details I needed so I could see what I was eventually going to buy.

Low price means no services. On hold 2 hrs on chat waiting 3 hrs. No answer tells you to hang up go to live chat. No answer back on hold. 4 hr. No help give up. Beware. The don’t answer for refunds just to make a reservation.

Good experience specially MR Harry he is a legend. Nice in talking guiding. Great work. Appreciate.

Booking and conclusion of transactions , related to this travel deal, was done in time and professional. The line of communication was smooth and clear.
