We cancelled flights to Japan 4 months in advance, was told we’d receive a refund of 50% of the Fare after 90 days, we received nothing, they just hang up it’s unbelievable they are getting away with this....do not use this business, they’re crooks...

So after having a terrible experience with these guys when i checked other negative reviews I was surprised that these guys are still operating in this country. While we are writting reviews here it will be best to lodge a complaint to fair trading as well. It doesn't take too long to lodge a written compliant. They are easy to find online. Please lodge a complaint so these businesses can be put to stop. I also recently learned that such businesses pay people to write good reviews therefore it is our duty to bring awareness to others about the wrong doings. So the other innocent people don't go through what we have. I was told by the Chris who supposedly is the supervisor that you can go to fair trading we have all documents ready. But surprisingly since 18 Dec when I have been calling nothing has been shown to me instead I had to send the email I recieved initially after booking my ticket to help them out and there was no response to that which I feel is pathetic. They may have prepare their documentation for fair trading to one more time dodge the system. I will still lodge a complaint and request others to do the same to help others. We need more honest people around who has some humanity in them.

Someone has written DODGY DODGY and i can confirm that these people are DODGY for sure. Don't believe what they advertise save yourself hassle. I end-up paying $240 for extra luggage because it was not mentioned anywhere when i bought the ticket, Only realize when I got to the airport and was asked to pay $560 on the spot luckily after having chat with the staff they gave me discount. It was so embarrassing. After I came back and informed them no one did anything. I have called and spoken several times to different people. Very unprofessional only today after telling that i will lodge a complain i got a call back informing that basically i must have over looked, what the hell.... These guy will lie to get away with anything very disappointing dealing with them. I will not recommend anyone ever and will make sure to lodge a complain so people know what sort of businesses are running here. So PLEASE STAY AWAY.

CANCELLED FLIGHTS 2 DAYS BEFORE TRAVEL!! what a joke these guys are 2 days before the flight they send an email saying "due to dynamic seating arrangements your ticket wasnt booked" and they want us to call them after midnight to speak to the rep and then they said the price has gone up if we wanted to rebook NEVER USE THESE SCAMMERS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was booking flight for my relative on web with Best Price Travel . After booking I made the payment but the email didn’t come even after receiving the mgs that payment has been successful. After few minutes one of the consultants Tania called in and every thing went well. She regularly kept in touch as there was some email issue. She also helped to change the title for the name. She has excellent customer serving skills and has been very professional. Highly recommend specially if you are booking at last minute and want to save money !!!

Showed different price online, and when I went to book, it did not allow me to book. I called customer service, they said that the airlines have increased the price by $200 and were really time consuming, and not very helpful. looked as some kind of dodgy tactic. Not a good experience at all.

I was trying to book flight tickets for me and my family through the site but it didn't go through well initially. After a few minute a friendly customer staff (TANIA) called back and she found a suitable flight and fare for us. We booked the ticket through her. After the first booking, I contacted her few times for seat selection, transit accommodation etc. She responded back through email or phone giving updates and soon as a message is left. I must say that the level of customer service received was exceptionally good. TANIA was very patience and helpful.

This was a wonderful experience with this travel agency they provided great customer service and helpful staff they have best deals and cheap air fair. Highly recommend to all

This company is not acceptable. I should have my refund in 1-2 weeks, I will not book with them again because of your refund policy as I am still waiting for 4 weeks already. When you booking tickets and they are very slow and not respond correct. And we try to contact them it very difficult and language is not clear and is not acceptable.

I was first afraid to book my ticket through this site, because it had a lower price than other websites. But I got the risk and booked the ticket with shown price.They got about 3-4 hours to send my E tickets. But during this time I contacted them two times and they answered me very friendly and supportively. I recommended them and I'll choose this site book my future flights as well!!

My Booking was cancelled after receiving confirmation and received a call a few minutes later asking that the price has changed and if i want the flights i have to pay $200 more. Appalling Service. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

The worst customer service ever experienced. I made a flight booking with bestprice travel and need to cancel due to a chronic medical condition, not allowing me to travel. I provided a valid medical certificate and have been contacting them every day for over a week. I was guaranteed a full refund initially and now, no response. I email and call multiple times a day and get told I will get called back shortly. Would not recommend bestprice travel to anyone.

I had a really good services by your customers care department specially the girl name Tania she is really good she listen very properly and made a good fair ticket for me she is doing her job really well due to that girl I will definitely go further with your team now I am sure that I will always go with your company to book my tickets and also suggest some others too for your company just due to your best customers service which is give by Tania I am really thankful for that girl
