I had to give them one star because there was nothing lower
I had to give them one star because there was nothing lower on the score board. Thought that I was booking directly with the airline turned out it was with this crowd. Within 1-2 minutes of the booking I am on the phone to them when I realised my mistake, but now it is $350 x 2 to cancel flights tickets that I was told were "almost" ready to be issued. This is now some 20 odd minutes later and being put on hold and transferred to a second person. Stomach sank further when I had a quick look at these reviews. Where else in Australia do they charge you $700 if you change your mind within 1-2 minutes of a transaction, looks like there is no such thing as a cooling off period with this crowd. All that I can say is Karma is a b*tch.
