This company is awful , it gives awful a bad name. The employees are dreadful and misleading Just a bunch of lying oxygen thieves I lost $2000 with them, next time I’m going to pay the premium and use reputable companies or airline direct Costly lesson but good one for the future

Dodgy! My flight was cancelled by the airline. Best Price Travel promised to give me my money back but i had to wait 3 months (?) .. 3 months passed and i recieved nothing. Now i am forced to take legal action. Avoid these scammers if you don’t want to be ripped off.

I bought 2 tickets to India and because of Covid 19 the flight was postponed, the guy which I talked to told me that I must call them when my flight supposedly starts, I called the company and after they said that I can used my flight till December 2021, I called more than 3 times wondering if they can give me a confirmation that I can use my flight but at the tird call the girl reply WE ARE BUSY, WE WILL CALL YOU BACK, CALL THAT I NEVER GET. I WANT AN ANSWER OR MY MONEY BACK.

Don’t book tickets on best price travels.

These guys don't even deserve 1 star - FRAUDS FRAUDS FRAUDS - do not ever trust these guys with your money. I have written a complaint to Consumer Affairs.I urge others to please put forth a complaint to consumer affairs and to the media.

DO NOT BOOK! We booked with best price travel and have been more than disappointed!!!! Once we booked online we were told to call to confirm our flight and they explained the price had gone up. We accepted the price increase but wish we hadn’t. Then our flight was cancelled without us being told so naturally we asked for a refund and we have been ignored for months. After countless attempts we finally where told we would be penalised $300 admin fees for cancellation even though we did not cancel the flight they did. The airline has refunded our money directly to best price travel in full but they have chosen not to give back this money after endless attempts to contact them. We have now waited 8 further weeks since refund was agreed with no contact and feel helpless. They have taken our money and have not give back what’s ours. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK. ITS A TRAP. Innocent people are being used!

MUST avoid getting in trap with these guys. I have been trying get a refund for my cancelled ticket, which was properly cancelled well in advance, and for last 19-20 weeks I am trying to chase my refund. They were replying to my emails but now they are not even replying or responding to anything. I have been consistently trying to get a response, but literally nothing. They are now being unfair and cheating the customers. I have finally reported them to Fair Trade as I have made all my best attempts to resolve.

I Echo the reviews of many others regarding the Worst possible customer service one could even think of. Arrogant staff, rude and ill mannered conaultants with no courtesy to reply back or even acknowledge the emails. I am referring to Pre COVID 19 days (booked my ticket in February 2020) as well. The consultant who I was dealing with "Rebecca" in her first attempt at providing me a service, ensured that I as a cuatomer never return to Bestprice travel.

I am most unhappy with this company who refuses to return phone calls or emails. Having booked two Singapore Airline tickets for travel on 1st May, and as all travel has been stopped by the Australian Government because of the COVID-19 virus, I am unable to make proper contact with Best Price Travel. I don't want a refund but an email saying that the ticket is now an open ticket and can be rebooked at a later date. Despite them saying they will send an email within 15 minutes, they don't do so. I intend to write to Consumer Affairs but would like to warn others to be careful.

These people are frauds... There is no responsibility once the ticket is booked... they ask you to contact airline for the details in order to avoid waiting time over the phone...
