Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Booked my ticket with them. Quick to take your money and then no response. Eventhough their mail stated I would receiev the e-ticket in 30 minutes, I never received the same even after 24 hours. Inspite od several mails and calls, no response form the agency.
