There is nil customer support.

There is nil customer support. My booking was declined. The sight provides a contact number as well as online chat. I called the number as well as going through the online chat. I was put on hold for an hour, and then phone disconnected. I had to wait an hour for a response from the online chat. A chat was commenced however I was left hanging with my query.
