I spoke to Rosheen today because I hadn’t correctly activated my groupon voucher code for my breakdown cover. She was really helpful and reassuring and guided me through the process, responding very quickly and clearly. She was excellent and I am now confident that I have the cover I bought. Excellent Customer Service from Chloe

Unfortunately I had to cancel my new policy, due to an issue with the age of my car so emailed Customer Services, who responded in a very timely manner. I dealt with Chloe and even though when she picked up the first email from me on a day off, she still made me aware she had picked it up and would keep me updated, which she did. The whole process with her, whilst also simultaneously dealing with Groupon was slick and it was a real pleasure to deal with somebody who kept you informed throughout the process and whose communication skills and customer service were exemplary. Thanks Chloe.

Very good break down car cover

Quite shocking,was charged £45 told…

Quite shocking,was charged £45 told 90minutes for recovery & after 2hrs phoned back only to be told they had been delayed & were sending another breakdown company.Would you not have thought there system would have flagged up that the 90minutes had expired & for them to contact me rather than me call them.45 minutes later the other company turned up after I had been told they were coming from 10 miles away which turned out a lie as the driver had been heading back from Bradford when he got the call,so in all over 3 hrs after I originally called.They tell you things that aren't true & charge you 45 pound for the privilege. Will not be going with this company again,I suppose you get what you pay for.Green flag or RAC may be a bit more expensive but you won't get ripped off when you break down.

I was a customer of Be Smart Utilities…

I was a customer of Be Smart Utilities for about three years paying £29 a month and in that time I didn’t need to claim. Recently we had a problem with our hot water. An engineer visited us and diagnosed it as the diverter was faulty and we were told that it wasn’t covered. Obviously very disappointing. After talking to a plumber who visited my work and telling him my story he was very surprised that it wasn’t covered. He looked up the part on eBay, sent me the link and I ordered it for £27. He then came around and fitted it in 15 minutes. Very unhappy with the service that I received and subsequently have cancelled my policy. Having said that the customer service was fine and the telephone operators were very polite and apologetic

I was struggling to complete my breakdown cover so I phoned customer services and spoke to ROSHEEN who was incredibly helpful and friendly, everything was sorted out in a few minutes. THE BEST customer service I have had in years 👍

My experience!

It was not made clear to me in the policy sold, that their would be an excess of £100, for any boiler over 10 years. after making a complaint, a very helpful lady called Chloe Brown resolved my issue. I found Chloe to be very polite, professional and helpful lady who stopped me escalating this issue further and cancelling my contract with the organisation.

Scam company who advertise through 3rd…

Scam company who advertise through 3rd party part of their offer hiding their hidden expenses in the terms and condition. Basically, i purchased premium voucher for breakdown for my old car (13 years old). Welcome email policy showed the terms and contrition stating i will pay for every call out £40 as my car is more than 10 years in addition i will bay £35 for every call out from home start (although covered in my premium). I contacted the customer service who arrogantly replied "The misleading information, I of course would disagree with this on the basis that the terms and conditions". By the way the terms on the 3rd party website didn't mention the excess on every call out. DON'T USE

£45 call-out charge for an old vehicle

The £45 call-out charge for an old vehicle felt unjustified. Customer support was unhelpful and focused on upselling rather than resolving my issue. I advise others to be cautious and thoroughly read the terms before purchasing. It's disappointing to see profit prioritized over satisfactory service. BeSmart Utilities have UNFAVOURABLE terms on you once you've signed up via Groupon. They don't highlight any changes so I assume they just hope you won't notice (till you claim!) For example, the terms I was given when I purchased did not have an inception period, nor did it have a car age 10+ excess which was more than twice the policy cost per callout, and other things were different. When I pointed this out and gave them clear evidence they repeatedly tried to fob me off. Complain to company to resolve but no help and keep saying read terms before you Buy. They never highlight access charge at the point of buy policy. PLEASE CAREFUL FROM THIS COMPANY.

WARNING! Very unsavoury practices.

This company very deviously tries to impose new UNFAVOURABLE terms on you once you've signed up via Groupon. They don't highlight any changes so I assume they just hope you won't notice (till you claim!) For example, the terms I was given when I purchased did not have an inception period, nor did it have a car age 10+ excess which was more than twice the policy cost per callout, and other things were different. When I pointed this out and gave them clear evidence they repeatedly tried to fob me off.
