I spoke to Rosheen today because I hadn’t correctly activated my groupon voucher code for my breakdown cover. She was really helpful and reassuring and guided me through the process, responding very quickly and clearly. She was excellent and I am now confident that I have the cover I bought. Excellent Customer Service from Chloe

Unfortunately I had to cancel my new policy, due to an issue with the age of my car so emailed Customer Services, who responded in a very timely manner. I dealt with Chloe and even though when she picked up the first email from me on a day off, she still made me aware she had picked it up and would keep me updated, which she did. The whole process with her, whilst also simultaneously dealing with Groupon was slick and it was a real pleasure to deal with somebody who kept you informed throughout the process and whose communication skills and customer service were exemplary. Thanks Chloe.

Quite shocking,was charged £45 told…

Quite shocking,was charged £45 told 90minutes for recovery & after 2hrs phoned back only to be told they had been delayed & were sending another breakdown company.Would you not have thought there system would have flagged up that the 90minutes had expired & for them to contact me rather than me call them.45 minutes later the other company turned up after I had been told they were coming from 10 miles away which turned out a lie as the driver had been heading back from Bradford when he got the call,so in all over 3 hrs after I originally called.They tell you things that aren't true & charge you 45 pound for the privilege. Will not be going with this company again,I suppose you get what you pay for.Green flag or RAC may be a bit more expensive but you won't get ripped off when you break down.

Be Smart Staff.

Be Smart staff have been very helpful since my first contact with them. I have recently had my boiler serviced. There were no problems it all went smoothly and the engineer was very pleasant. I'm happy with the service l have received upto now.

Trouble With Boiler , But Not For Long .

I Have had problems with my boiler over the past few months , so called B Smart & spoke to someone about it & in a very short time an engineer was assigned to me . B Smart called me to confirm & also messaged me to let me know, Then Contacted by engineer that he would be with me soon & within no time he was at my home & found the problem & also checked that other things were ok with my boiler . Then all was back to normal & i couldn't ask for better than that . Thank You B Smart & All the best . From Tony .

Very disappointed

Having read previous reviews maybe if the lady on the phone to me was to take notes from How her colleagues offer good service I may still be with them , No one contacted me directly regarding my renewal, I had two emails to an old email address which the lady I was speaking to on the phone confirmed I hadn’t opened, but instead of phoning me to inform me of my new renewal terms and conditions or writing to me ,they went ahead and renewed my policy, i only became aware of this when I phoned them many weeks after to book my boiler service i was told it wasn’t due for another two months , but still they didn’t mention to me that my Policy had been renewed , or even that it had increased in price or that they had tried to contact me.This was their chance to say ‘we have been trying to contact you “ This same lady rang two months on to book in my service , it was then I was told told my policy HAD BEEN UPGRADED , at an extra cost and that my boiler service is no longer part of my agreement and would cost me a further £45 to go ahead, how does an upgrade cost you more money for less facilities, so out of my entire time with Besmart I paid £18.99 per month for around 18 months and got only one service out of it. I told This woman how disappointed I was and that I would put up a review and she didn’t seem to careless, there was no offer to try to sort it out, after my DD was cancelled and I had an email to confirm the cancellation, from Besmart I was then bombarded with further emails asking me to contact them as to why my dd had been cancelled and needs setting up again There seems to be a lack of communication between themselves, if they were a little more apologetic it wouldn’t have been so bad.I still haven’t had a full explanation or apology from Besmart , seems like they are not that smart after all .I still wouldn’t recommend Besmart
