I spoke to Rosheen today because I hadn’t correctly activated my groupon voucher code for my breakdown cover. She was really helpful and reassuring and guided me through the process, responding very quickly and clearly. She was excellent and I am now confident that I have the cover I bought. Unfortunately I had to cancel my new policy, due to an issue with the age of my car so emailed Customer Services, who responded in a very timely manner. I dealt with Chloe and even though when she picked up the first email from me on a day off, she still made me aware she had picked it up and would keep me updated, which she did. The whole process with her, whilst also simultaneously dealing with Groupon was slick and it was a real pleasure to deal with somebody who kept you informed throughout the process and whose communication skills and customer service were exemplary. Thanks Chloe.
Quite shocking,was charged £45 told 90minutes for recovery & after 2hrs phoned back only to be told they had been delayed & were sending another breakdown company.Would you not have thought there system would have flagged up that the 90minutes had expired & for them to contact me rather than me call them.45 minutes later the other company turned up after I had been told they were coming from 10 miles away which turned out a lie as the driver had been heading back from Bradford when he got the call,so in all over 3 hrs after I originally called.They tell you things that aren't true & charge you 45 pound for the privilege.
Will not be going with this company again,I suppose you get what you pay for.Green flag or RAC may be a bit more expensive but you won't get ripped off when you break down.
Very pleased with the customer care. Having purchased car breakdown cover through Wowcher for only a small fee I struggled to set it up but I had excellent help from Sarah so am now set up for 12,months. Most helpful.
Always on the look out for great deals! Free breakdown cover for 12 months…. Not a penny!! …. You can’t get better than that! …. Never needed breakdown cover (fingers crossed) but good to have for piece of mind, even better when you’ve paid nowt for it! Happy Days! Well done Besmart.
I took out breakdown cover and had to resubmit my form. I did not want to be charged twice, so contacted customer service. Within 5 minutes they had resolved my issue.

I discovered in the early hours of Christmas Eve that my heating was not working and feared the worst at this time of year.Reported the problem first thing that morning and had an engineer looking at it by lunch time.Although they could not fix it as a part was needed to be ordered they did manage to do a temporary repair until the part could be sourced.As promised we received a call in the New Year and a time was arranged for the work to be carried out.On both occasions the engineer called before arriving to confirm a time and we also had a follow up call to check we were satisfied with the service

I can honestly confirm that the besmartuk staff are so very helpful and had put my mind at peace especially Tony...I filled in the very simple form on line besmartuk web page but before committing I phoned just then ... asked them my questions, Tony professionally answered them that put my mind at peace and so made up mind to take out the policy.....I am praying my car never breaks down , but if it happens to ,I do I believe that besmartuk recovery is as helpfull as besmartuk great sales team as just an hour after signing up they emailed me my welcompack. I have just set up this policy which offers very good value indeed when compared with others. I have not had to actually call on their engineers yet so can't comment on this but they respond quickly when using the email system for customer services.
i thought it was a bit of a bind arranging a boiler service in my rental property but the young lady at b-smart gemma made it all so simple and did all the liasing with tenant ect fabulous service keep it up guys
