Today there was a leak in my house. As soon as the tenant reported it I was contacted. At each stage of the process I was kept informed and asked what I wanted. Contractors were contacted and arrangements made for repairs etc very speedily. I was able to leave all the arrangements in the hands of Victor Michael and the issue was dealt with efficiently and effectively in a matter of a few hours. Such a relief.
