Issue With Heating
I discovered in the early hours of Christmas Eve that my heating was not working and feared the worst at this time of year.Reported the problem first thing that morning and had an engineer looking at it by lunch time.Although they could not fix it as a part was needed to be ordered they did manage to do a temporary repair until the part could be sourced.As promised we received a call in the New Year and a time was arranged for the work to be carried out.On both occasions the engineer called before arriving to confirm a time and we also had a follow up call to check we were satisfied with the service
