I received impeccable five-star service from this company. The technicians, for both electrical and plumbing, were excellent throughout the entire process. Their work was professional and thorough. I... See more
First all I enrolled in four programs. I found out I was actually in 7. I have placed 2 different claims with them. After them telling me I was covered. They denied me. Took me 30 minutes on the phone to cancel. This company in my mind is a scam and just taking money. Of course they offered me discounts. But claims were still denied. They can't make it make sense
Things were arranged and done in a timely and courteous manner. The representative we spoke with was extremely efficient and very nice; also plumbers they sent were excellent. We appreciate the time and help of both.
My personal experience was great! I called in my claim and was immediately dispatched to an outside company that set up the appt for the plumber. The company they sent out was very reputable, Roto-rooter. I thought the pipes collapsed because there was dirt and weeds growing from it. To my surprise it just needed a heavy duty pressure hose to push all the dirt and debris through to clear the main sewer drain. From the beginning to the end, the process went smoothly, fully covered by AWRUSA.
The company that they used ultimate drain cleaning NJ very professional installed brand new water heater installer's name was William very professional work everything done very neatly and quickly very satisfied
Great customer service
I’m not sure, but I think the ladies name was Janelle. I believe that’s what she said. She was very sweet and very understanding. She helped me through all of this. I am 80 years old and I’m not into this technology. She was a wonderful help and very friendly.. I truly believe you gave me one of the best. Sincerely Mary.Whitmore
American Water Resources sent help quickly from a reputable company. Tree roots caused a sewer backup the Saturday before Memorial Day. Even though it was a holiday weekend, the service company arrived the same day and resolved the problem within an hour. The technician was polite and competent. Very happy with this service. Thank you!
Professionals. On time. Knowledgeable respectful, kind

They come next day very professional.
Great service
They were very thorough on the repair of the waterline that needed to be fixed very polite and knew what the problem was and how to fix it. I’m very Police.
I gave you the last star, but I do not like your pricing. Your pricing really is bad for senior citizens. You’re too expensive you need to give senior citizen a break. i’m 81 years old and it’s tough making payments out of your Social Security.
AWR has always been extremely responsive to our needs. Whenever we need a technician, one arrives within 24 hours.
Quick appointment and the technician was very professional and knew his stuff
I was able to make the appointment quickly and had a plumber assessing my downstairs bathroom ceiling water leak in short order. My only mini criticism is that he should have checked the grout around the upstairs bathtubs first before making a larger hole in the bathroom ceiling below the tub. The problem was identified and I was able to re-grout the problem area and restore both bathrooms.
The service of the staff is very efficient and friendly.
Good job well done
