I can't say enough great things about Dwight! After days of struggling with a stubborn toilet issue, Dwight showed up right on time, assessed the problem quickly, and had everything fixed in no time. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were top-notch. Not only did he fix the toilet perfectly, but he also took the time to explain what caused the issue and how to avoid it in the future. He was courteous, respectful of my home, and made sure everything was spotless before he left. If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality plumbing service, Dwight is your guy. I called in the afternoon after I notice the problem, before 5:00 pm and I received information about the plumbing Co. that was supposed to handle the issue right away. By 8:00 pm the same day the problem was resolved.
The first contact told me that the plumbing company would arrive the same day. The confirmation text from AW stated that they would come the next day.

The company fixed the leaky pipe problem but left the water on the floor. I think the job would have been great if he had a small wet vac with him to clean up the water for a largely pregnant tenant of mine or anyone who wants to have completed a thorough job.
Premier plumbing was punctual, courteous, and did a great job for us.
One call connected me to a real person who scheduled my service for the following day. The repair was completed in one visit. Water was only off for about two hours. Nothing spent out of pocket. Great experience.
Very professional
What I disliked was finding out that if 2 or 3 things need service, that means 3 different visits, each at $50.00 each. The plumber himself had to explain that to me so I had service that day for what I needed - Sooooo, nothing was done because I needed a new kitchen faucet which they do not supply, put in and fix. I paid $50.00 to be told that and I still have the leak - oh well.
