Excellent customer service. I called in the morning to report my sewer backing up and they made all the arrangements for a company to reach out to me. By about 6 pm it was fixed and I was able to use my water again. Very easy process.

It was easy to file the claim, and even though the first company assigned to my case never showed up, I can't blame the water company for this outcome.
everything was repaired quickly and professionally. one minor suggestion: i was told by AWR that the plumber would get back to me within 24-72 hours. obviously having to wait 72 hours - three full days - would have been intolerable. i didn't expect that it would take anywhere near that long for the plumber to contact me. sure enough, they called within an hour. it would be good if AWR could tighten up the time estimates.

Within 10 minutes of my service request, AWR had assigned a contractor for my issue. The contractor communicated with me shortly after. My service request was assest and repaired the following day.
