The issue was repaired. The plumber wasn’t a good communicator. Turned off the water without notifying me beforehand. Started the job on Thursday and came back to fix it on Sunday.
The company that you put in charge of the repair "Keepe" did a terrible job communicating between customer & technician. Conflicting dates & kept changing to where unsure the date or time. Plus communication with them was a recording , not a live person talk to.

What was done was done quickly. Our drain was unstoppable temporarily, however, the sewer line needs to be repaired. It has been marked and they have submitted the bid to you but the job has NOT been completed. We are still waiting!

Sewer backup. And for my “emergency sewer line backup” I had to wait 2 days and this policy would not cover toilet removal to drill the clog out. Deeply disappointed that I had to pull and set the toilet. And that I had to go 2 days without using toilets
