Service sérieux. Voitures en bon état Je recommande. Nous n’avons pas eu de problèmes avec eux. Pensez à bien disposer d’une carte de crédit (et non debit) pour éviter certains désagréments. (Valable pour tous les loueurs)
I was ripped off on insurance (I paid them for full cover already but was then charged double again when I asked for an extra add-in to insure against damage that might be caused by a bumpy road leading to the villa I was staying in - this is dishonest) I was fobbed off with a rusty, rattling old Peugeot that clearly should not be part of a professional car hire fleet and have provided the company with photos to show the bits that were falling off and rust. To add insult to injury, I was asked to pay more for this car! I refused. No response to my complaint, not even an acknowledgement. I only got a response after posting on Trustpilot. Avoid this company at all costs.

Also, they advised us that when the car was back from Serengeti they noticed that the issue was on shock aborbers. Probably this issue was provoked due to negligence while driving. Moreover, our partners informed us that they were checking with you continuously and on 03rd of August you also told them that there was no any problem, The damage on the vehicle for 4 shock absorber, costs around $ 600, rescue of car - costs around $ 480 and penalty for loss of permit costs $120. I rented a car from Sabiha Gocken Airport office in Istanbul.The car was covered with a Full Damage Waiver. On the 11th of August I found a scratch on the bumper of the car. I contacted the Istanbul office via whatsapp. They told me to go to the nearest police office and get a report of the accident. I went to the Police office and I got the report done as per instructions received. The day before I returned the car, I got a message from the Istanbul office via whatsapp, stating that they would charge me 6.000 TL for the damage. Considering that the car was covered with a Full Damage Waiver I was reluctant in paying this amount but they stated via whatsapp that was a normal procedure. They said I would be refunded by the central greek office simply presenting the invoice, the rental agreement and some pictures of the damage. The day I returned the car I paid the invoice of 6.000 TL and I was reassured that I would get the reimbursement simply sending the documents (rental agreement, invoice and pictures) required. Once back, on the 21st of August I sent all the documentation asking for reimbursement. On the 22nd of August I got the following reply: Dear Mr. Panata, We apologise for any inconvenience may has caused to you. Our representatives advised us that you have been charged since you didn't provide them with a police report. The document which is listed as a police report is a witness report, which is not valid for their insurance. We remain at your disposal. This is totally incorrect. When I found the scratch on the car, I asked via WhatsApp to the representative in Turkey and he gave instructions on how to proceed. They never mentioned the fact that the report was not valid neither that it could not be accepted. They said that the invoice of 6000 TL was a normal procedure and that I would get the refund from the central office of Autounion.
Abbiamo noleggiato una panda a Kalamata con riconsegna ad Atene. Essendo già scritto nella prenotazione pensavo che i 743€ per il noleggio comprendessero tutto. Al momento della consegna, oltre alle 700€ di deposito ci è stato richiesto un pagamento di € 206 che ingenuamente abbiamo pensato venisse restituito. Invece era il costo per la riconsegna ad Atene. Totale 950€ per 14 gg di noleggio di una panda vecchia e scassata. Non mi beccano più
Esperienza pessima con un minivan 9 posti della Citroen. Preso all'aeroporto di Salonicco, dopo 3 giorni ci fermiamo in strada per l'accensione di 3 spie che segnalavano problemi al sistema di iniezione e un'immediato controllo in officina. Attesa in strada l'assistenza, questa non risolve il problema ma ci suggerisce di fermarci prima possibile, ad un distributore per aggiungere un additivo per gasolio l'AdBlue e di chiamare comunque la Compagnia. Ci fermiamo a Kalambaka e il giorno dopo, dopo aver contattato la Compagnia che si è dichiarata reticente a fornirci un auto in sostituzione, decidiamo di proseguire il viaggio con le spie di guasto accese. Finalmente dopo una mezz'ora le spie si spengono e proseguiamo secondo programma. Alla riconsegna dell'auto ci volevano addebitare il costo di un danno sulla carrozzeria non prodotto da noi, che non era stato segnalato alla partenza e che non è stato pagato solo perché compreso in una estensione a pagamento della polizza assicurativa. Se aggiungiamo poi la scortesia del personale di consegna e riconsegna del mezzo, il fatto che non è possibile vedere quali clausole sono state pagate in sede di prenotazione e il mancato rimborso del costo dell'additivo da noi pagato, non possiamo che cancellare la AutoUnion da qualsiasi preferenza e dall'elenco di future prenotazioni. When we went to pick up our car. They gave us a small car from an other categorie. They told us the kind of car we ordered was not available. I complained because I had seen the car in the parking lot. They did not have a car seat available for our daughter while we ordered it 8 months ago. They could not install the carseats they had. The seats are unsafe and they can't install them. Some of the people told us that they can't help because then they are responsible if something happens. But even with there help the seats were unsafe. I feel like a bad mum because I am putting my child in danger. All of there seats are crap. But what can you do.. Eventually we got the car we ordered and a crappy carseat and are on our way. 2.5 hours delay to the top service and life treahtning carseats. Our baby just unlocked herself..
Autos oxidados, pésimo trato, fallas por todas partes, bajan los kilómetros.
Location à l'aéroport de Thessalonique. Réservation faite initialement pour 20h30 mais nous sommes arrivé sur le parking avec quelques minutes de retard, nous avons attendu environ 25 minutes la navette et il nous a été facture des frais de 26Euros à cause de l'heure tardive... Le véhicule était quasi neuf et en très bon état. Le personnel agréable et le chauffeur gentil. Par contre il ne faut pas être pressées pour retourner à l'aéroport, nous avons dû attendre environ 20 minutes qu'une autre famille se joigne à nous pour que nous puissions enfin partir... car il faut le dire l'agence est au milieu de nulle part à 10 bonnes minutes de route de l'aéroport.

Alquilamos a través de Carjet, con una tarjeta de débito, sin ningún problema.Al llegar ya con las maletas y todo para viajar me dicen de muy malas formas que no puedo alquilar sin una tarjeta de crédito. No me dieron alternativa y no facilitaron la forma de que se me devolviera el dinero. Menos mal que llegué antes de la hora que había concertado el alquiler porque si no me hubieran cobrado la cancelación.
Véhicule ancien ne correspondant pas à nos attentes (Chevrolet Spark au lieu d'une Citroēn C1), présentant de très nombreuses rayures et éraflures sur la carrosserie (je tiens à préciser que la réservation était faite et payée intégralement depuis début mars pour une location au 31 juillet !). Service d'assistance inexistant : nous avons eu un pneu crevé que nous avons dû remplacer avec une clé en croix prêtée par l'hôtel car la clé à écrou disponible dans le véhicule était inutilisable tellement elle était usée. 35 € de frais supplémentaires facturés à la restitution du véhicule pour réparer le pneu sans un mot d'excuse, d'explication ni même un sourire. Bref, compagnie à fuir. Nous louons régulièrement des véhicules et c'est la première fois que nous avons une expérience aussi déplorable.
Profondamente scontenti! Pagato e prenotato per un 4 ruote motrici e all’arrivo ci hanno consegnato un vw da città a due ruote motrici. Sotto nostra insistenza ci è stato consegnato un renegade per gli ultimi 3 giorni. Graffio sul paraurti di plastica non verniciato, inevitabile nell’isola di Milos, ci è stato valutato 700€. È stata una bella Scusa per intascarsi la franchigia di 500€. Un carrozziere greco riparerà il danno forse per 100€… Molto male

Decent budget Paphos Airport Cyprus car rental for a couple of weeks. I hired a car from these guys through another company who were a nightmare so my review ignores the booking agent. These guys, however, picked up in the airport (in the rental car) with no problems. The proprietor was a little grumpy (but it was approaching midnight on a Sunday!) did the obligatory 360 pre pick-up photos and off I went driving around Cyprus for a couple of weeks. Car was a bit old (10 years), had indicators on the right (I mean, who does that!?!) and the GUI panel refused to not be Japanese for some functions. That said, the a/c worked, never had one problem with the car. On the return of the car there was no issues, it was the same lassie that picked us up two weeks before and she had cheered up a bit :) and dropped us off (in the rental car) at the airport. Can't fault them really. Car was a wee Suzuki Swift automatic btw and it even had adaptive cruise control - happy days.
I rent a car from this company 5 years now for 5 or 6 weeks everytime. The people that I met ( until now) are very polite and try to help. When I receive the car I look very carefully for damages but everything is already on the paper. This gives me always a feeling of trust. This year I ask them, for the first time, if iets possible to give me an upgrade because I am an old customer and the arrange it for me. My friends and family from The Netherlands and the States that they used this company for the last 2 years they have also a goed experience. Our experience is with the office at the airport of Athens by the way.
Location prise à Autounion Naxos d'un véhicule Opel Corsa à l'aéroport de Naxos finalement remplacé par une Citroën C3 (sans frais supplémentaire). Facturation de 26 euros au retour du véhicule parce que nous avons pris rdv seulement 48h avant pour pouvoir le restituer 1h plutôt que l'heure prévue. L'agent Autounion Naxos peut compréhensif, impoli, grossier menaçant d'appeler la police, cherchant des défauts à la voiture qui n'existait pas, etc... Agence à fuir pour l'expérience client, beaucoup d'avis négatif sur cette Agence.

Wir haben über CarJet ein Auto von auto Union Car gemietet. 1. das Auto war nicht am Flughafen (Izmir) - dies Stand nicht in der Vermittlung - sondern nur in der Zahlungsbestätigung 2. Vor Ort haben wir ca. 12 EUR bei der Abholung mehr bezahlt als vereinbart (Begründung Umrechnungskurs) 3. Bei der Übergabe haben wir von außen ein dreckiges, staubiges Auto erhalten 4. Bei der Übergabe war im PKW kaum Sprit vorhanden - ich bin fast zur Tankstelle gerollt. 5. Bei der Abgabe am Flughafen haben wir den Wagen mit einem 1/4 Tankinhalt abgegeben. 6. Ja der Wagen war nicht wesentlich schmutziger als wir Ihn abgeholt haben (von außen), von innen waren ein paar Sesamkrümmel, etwas Staub an den Rücksitzlehnen, aber kein Schweinestall. 7. Wir hätten eine Standard Reinigung akzeptiert, aber keine 75 EUR Grundreinigung in der Türkei. Das ist Abzocke. Wir haben über das Beschwerdemanagement von CarJet alle Unterlagen inklusive Fotos weitergeleitet. Nun sind wir auf die Antwort gespannt. Seit über 20 Jahren leihen wir regelmäßig Autos aus, sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Die Abbuchungen sind über Comet Rent a CarIstanbul und AKKO KURUMSAL OTOMOTISTANBUL erfolgt. Meine Meinung bleibt dabei NIE WIEDER AUTO UNION CAR RENTAL, für eine Reinigung über 75 EUR.
Veraltete Autos mit hohen Laufzeiten von bis zu 100000 km. Der Vermieter redet ständig von einwandfreien Zuständen. Die Auto sind zwar sauber und wirken gepflegt aber die Technik ist abgenutzt und die Features wenn vorhanden veraltet. Finger davon lassen.
