Unsafe carseats for children
When we went to pick up our car. They gave us a small car from an other categorie. They told us the kind of car we ordered was not available. I complained because I had seen the car in the parking lot. They did not have a car seat available for our daughter while we ordered it 8 months ago. They could not install the carseats they had. The seats are unsafe and they can't install them. Some of the people told us that they can't help because then they are responsible if something happens. But even with there help the seats were unsafe. I feel like a bad mum because I am putting my child in danger. All of there seats are crap. But what can you do.. Eventually we got the car we ordered and a crappy carseat and are on our way. 2.5 hours delay to the top service and life treahtning carseats. Our baby just unlocked herself..
