It's been good but this last time the delivery was not provided when I was told and I ran out of supplies which was very stressful. I ended up having to reuse catheters several times.

I was 🏋️of town for 30 days and needed to have catheters delivered to a different address for just 1 shipment. 180 was able to ship the catheters to my work location before I departed home so I could verify they were there before I left my home. That way I only needed to pack enough catheters to cover my travel time to my work location. Greatly appreciated the extra effort by customer service and shipping personnel.
