Rung to renew contract and wasn't waiting at all long to be connected to Mary, explained I had email renewal, and that I wanted to keep Btalk. this wasn't a problem and she clearly explained everything, was on hold for a few minuets and then she came back asked me to check email to ensure everything was correct. and that was it done.
