NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! ZORO DROPS THE BALL AGAIN ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AVAILABLE INVENTORY. ORDERED A MAKITA GRINDER JULY 2ND. WAITED FOR SHIP STATUS UNTIL MONDAY THE 7TH. CALLED AT 2:00 PM PST AND ASKED TO CANCEL ITEM HAD NOT SHIPPED BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL. TRACKED SHIPMENT THE 8TH BUT STILL WAS NOT SHIPPED. WENT ON THEIR SITE TO TRACK MESSAGE WAS We sincerely apologize that the below item(s) from your order (WB6847383837) did not ship as expected. We're working with our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Dodgy

I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

Irresponsible & unprofessional. May change your order with no explanation.

Wouldn't have believed a company would be so irresponsible if I hadn't experienced it myself. I ordered face masks for $48, as well as two $1 items to have a total price of $50 to qualify for free shipping. At the time, everything was running normally, everything was marked in stock, everything gave an approximate shipping time. I got my receipt and invoice for the order in my email. Several days later, I get another email with my sales receipt - with only the $1 items listed on it, and conveniently the most important item, the masks, missing. No notification, no update, no explanation, just "poof", gone. So I called and emailed them asking what's the deal, how did a product I ordered suddenly disappear from my order, and why didn't anyone tell me. Of course, they just came up with excuse after excuse trying to cover their butts, but none of them held water. Basically, they are irresponsible and unprofessional in the way they dealt with this. Hiding the fact they cancelled one of my orders. When I called, they said "now it's back-ordered, we have no idea when it will be in stock again, that's up to the manufacturer." Funny thing is, it wasn't on back order when I ordered it, it gave an estimated time of shipping, and I got a receipt and invoice for it. They just changed it all after the fact (and again, did not notify me of the fact, I might have just ended up waiting indefinitely). So yeah, don't trust this company, they'll do as they please with your order, make changes without updating you, and quite possibly just not fulfill your order (again, without any explanation). Even if you call, they'll just give you the runaround, somehow it's not their fault, it's someone else's fault, maybe even blaming it on you (one of their excuses). So much for customer service.

Easy ordering and fast delivery

I ordered a 24ft extension ladder and got it delivered 2 days later without any damage like other experienced. I saw Walmart uses them as seller so gave them a shot.

Don't bother even trying

Don't bother even trying. They don't answer messages. Weeks pass with items sitting there in "Preparing Order" status. Don't think that because Wal Mart allows them to sell stuff on their site that it is trusted or will somehow turn out better. It wont.

The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever seen! Sent four request for info on a missing order but have not received any replies. Tried calling their customer service number but they just tell you to hold on then promptly hang up on you, really? Is this any way to run a business? Would love to buy from anyone but Amazon but this company is IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. Can't even track an order on their website, you must be kidding. Go somewhere else, anywhere is better than this place!

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company, shop with someone else. Unprofessional customer services, they tried to hold your money when they cancel your order without any reason or explanation. Because their business model is drop ship so placing order with them, you never know if your order is fulfilled. Stay away and shop with other vendors.

EXCELLENT

EXCELLENT! I order from Zoro at least one to two times a week. We get most items that are in stock next day or in two days. If there is ever an issue returns are easy but most times they will just say keep the item.The only negative thing is that their search is not that thorough. Sometimes you must have the exact manufacturers part number in order to find an item. But that can be fixed by a google search. OH and the pricing is great and you always get coupons in the mail.

Tried ordering a toilet seat but for…

Tried ordering a toilet seat but for about 3 weeks the status kept reading "Preparing shipment" so I got tired of waiting and cancelled it. (I wound up getting another one delivered in less than a week!) Plus I apparently won't be getting my money back since I paid with a credit card. What a ripoff!

Nothing Short of Fabulous UnderStructureRepair I only wish I needed more stuff from them. I bought about $2500 last year. Even the $11 rubber boots exceeded. My expectations. I accidentally ordered timers for 220Volts instead of 120 Volts and they credited my account. I get crawlspace fans (V2D) , condensate pumps, tyvex suits, rubber boots, and more. It arrives the next day sometimes.
