NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! ZORO DROPS THE BALL AGAIN ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AVAILABLE INVENTORY. ORDERED A MAKITA GRINDER JULY 2ND. WAITED FOR SHIP STATUS UNTIL MONDAY THE 7TH. CALLED AT 2:00 PM PST AND ASKED TO CANCEL ITEM HAD NOT SHIPPED BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL. TRACKED SHIPMENT THE 8TH BUT STILL WAS NOT SHIPPED. WENT ON THEIR SITE TO TRACK MESSAGE WAS We sincerely apologize that the below item(s) from your order (WB6847383837) did not ship as expected. We're working with our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Dodgy

I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

My experience with Zoro.com was A +++. I needed 3 return air grilles, everywhere getting quotes of $40 (on up) apiece for size I needed. Zoro had them in stock for half that. I didn’t expect very good quality, to be honest, but ordered anyway. They arrived in 3 days, are excellent sturdy quality, exactly what I needed. And shipping was free! I’m really surprised at all the negative reviews here, because when I looked for reviews before I ordered, I found much better reviews on the sites I checked. Zoro will definitely get repeat business from me!

DO NOT ORDER FROM ZORO

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. The shipping dates are completely off, after waiting 2 weeks with no word of shipping I decided to call. It originally said my item would arrive in 3-5 business days. I was on hold for over an hour with no sight of anyone picking up, no time frame of when someone would answer, no number as to where I was in the que, no way to leave my number to have them call me back. I decided to email customer service which says they will get back to me in 48-72 hours, that’s ridiculous!! I finally heard back that my order was now back ordered and would be another 3 weeks until it shipped with a 3-5 business day shipping, which is what they told me in the first place and it turned out to be a complete lie!!!!

I should have read the reviews before…

I should have read the reviews before ordering, my fault.My order was meant to arrive at start of May, it didn't, middle of May got email saying order delayed, will now be start of June, surprise, surprise, didn't turn up on day. Sent email to support@etc (Trustpilot don't allow website address) as on their website. Email returned saying unable to find site, this raised a red flag to me. Phoned them to what appeared to be a YTS kid with the customer skills of a brick, gave him my order number and he just disappeared off the phone for a few minutes, returned with "order is delayed".maybe next week. After a bit of research it appears all their stock is shipped in from the USA, and nothing is held here unless it is a return. It's a large American company trying to get into the UK market, but not keeping stock here, just shipping in from the USA. This is why any 5 star reviews are from the USA and not UK, personally I am taking any 5 star reviews as put in by their own staff. Please take note of the 1 star reviews from the UK residents, this Company does not care one iota about customers here and if you are lucky enough to get your order in the same calendar year, you are a very lucky person. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL EITHER RIP YOU OFF,FOB YOU OFF OR JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN,AVOID PLEASE.

I ordered BBQ grill

I ordered BBQ grill, they did not confirm the sale, they did not ship the sale tried to cancel the order; they did not have a history of your order??? very poor web site. after 6 weeks I received a sale receipt on my email. I tried to cancel the ordered thy told them they shipped it. I ask them what is their return procedure ...they never replay???? do not buy from them

Rude customer service rep

I placed an order last night,four two way radios. Today, I got a call from a Zoro.com rep,I called her back. She was talking, and I asked her what did I order, I order atleast four or five times a day online, I have a big family and I am a shopoholic. The responce the rep gave me, killed the aura, when I asked her what did I order from you and she said in a nasty attitude 'you should know what you ordered', and changed the conversation. I hung up and will never order from this disrespectful company again.

I placed an order for a set of Dewalt…

I placed an order for a set of Dewalt stacked dado blades on May 27th. Zoro provided an expected delivery date between June 2nd and June 5th. I received them on May 29th... 2 days later. That's better than Amazon right now, and they were $20 cheaper!

Ordered item, never had ANY follow-up

Ordered a shed on 5/17 and received an order confirmation email. Heard nothing about it for a week. Tried calling but gave up after 20 minutes of automated recordings. Sent a message through their site requesting info on 5/21, but only got an automated acknowledgment of receipt message. In the meantime, the shed we ordered was no longer available for purchase on their site. The link from my order confirmation email went to a 404 File Not Found page. Called again today (5/28) and was about to hang up after another 20 minutes of waiting, when Liz finally answered. Her explanation was that the supplier they get the shed from wasn't being responsive and that it would take 2-4 business days to hear back from them. No explanation was offered as to why the shed was no longer showing on their site. I just cancelled the order. Liz was nice enough in helping to cancel but came up short on answering my other concerns.
