Ordered item, never had ANY follow-up
Ordered a shed on 5/17 and received an order confirmation email. Heard nothing about it for a week. Tried calling but gave up after 20 minutes of automated recordings. Sent a message through their site requesting info on 5/21, but only got an automated acknowledgment of receipt message. In the meantime, the shed we ordered was no longer available for purchase on their site. The link from my order confirmation email went to a 404 File Not Found page. Called again today (5/28) and was about to hang up after another 20 minutes of waiting, when Liz finally answered. Her explanation was that the supplier they get the shed from wasn't being responsive and that it would take 2-4 business days to hear back from them. No explanation was offered as to why the shed was no longer showing on their site. I just cancelled the order. Liz was nice enough in helping to cancel but came up short on answering my other concerns.
