I should have read the reviews before ordering, my fault.My order was meant to arrive at start of May, it didn't, middle of May got email saying order delayed, will now be start of June, surprise, surprise, didn't turn up on day. Sent email to support@etc (Trustpilot don't allow website address) as on their website. Email returned saying unable to find site, this raised a red flag to me. Phoned them to what appeared to be a YTS kid with the customer skills of a brick, gave him my order number and he just disappeared off the phone for a few minutes, returned with "order is delayed".maybe next week. After a bit of research it appears all their stock is shipped in from the USA, and nothing is held here unless it is a return. It's a large American company trying to get into the UK market, but not keeping stock here, just shipping in from the USA. This is why any 5 star reviews are from the USA and not UK, personally I am taking any 5 star reviews as put in by their own staff. Please take note of the 1 star reviews from the UK residents, this Company does not care one iota about customers here and if you are lucky enough to get your order in the same calendar year, you are a very lucky person. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL EITHER RIP YOU OFF,FOB YOU OFF OR JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN,AVOID PLEASE.
