NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! ZORO DROPS THE BALL AGAIN ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AVAILABLE INVENTORY. ORDERED A MAKITA GRINDER JULY 2ND. WAITED FOR SHIP STATUS UNTIL MONDAY THE 7TH. CALLED AT 2:00 PM PST AND ASKED TO CANCEL ITEM HAD NOT SHIPPED BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL. TRACKED SHIPMENT THE 8TH BUT STILL WAS NOT SHIPPED. WENT ON THEIR SITE TO TRACK MESSAGE WAS We sincerely apologize that the below item(s) from your order (WB6847383837) did not ship as expected. We're working with our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Dodgy

I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

Doesn't honor pricing on the website

Doesn't honor pricing on the website. They will cancel your transaction even after it was completed and money taken from your account, then tell you it could take 7 to 10 days to get your money back. Can't trust them to honor their own published prices. At least Home Depot will honor their prices no matter what.

Should've believed all of the bad reviews re: ZORO.. WASTE OF TIME

I should've believed all of the bad reviews posted here but chose to give Zoro a chance. What a waste of time. I submitted my order for an "IN STOCK - ready to ship in 2 business days" to only get an email a week later saying they had to cancel my order due to their "supplier unable to provide a ship date." oh, PLEASE spare me the excuses. I read another review saying they just wanted my address and email so I better not be getting junk/spam in my physical and digital mail boxes.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Posts things at a very low price and then cancels. Just a ploy to get your address into and email. I ordered a milwaukee item and then they canceled it.

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE. Never contacted me with updates after promising shipping in 10 days. I've called several times and spoken to reps, but my lack of product was never solved. Two months later, I've asked for a refund and I better receive it! Will never order from Zoro again

Great customer service when item arrived with shipping damage.

I ordered an electric infrared heater to suspend on my screen porch so we could continue to socially distance guests as the weather turns cold. Arrived on time, but despite seemingly very well packed, the fragile glass heater tube was broken. I called Zoro and a very friendly service rep apologized, and looked through their system and found inventory at one of their locations one state away. She said the replacement would go out next day. This was Tuesday and I had the replacement on Thursday morning. No hassle, no need to return broken part to verify damage.

Not a good experience at all

Not a good experience at all. I ordered a 2 items and was told it would be shipped in 5 days. After 10 days I called. I was on hold for 20 min before customer service answered. I was then told they would contact the company on my behalf. I was then informed that the items would ship in 7 - 14 business days. 20 days later i have contacted them to cancel my order. I was told that a refund would take another 6 days. Terrible company to work with!

It amazes me that any company run this…

It amazes me that any company run this poorly can stay in business. After ordering and paying for the item I got an email saying that it was on 'Back-Order'. The estimated shipping date came and went with no more information from them, despite multiple requests for information. Any attempt at contact gives me Auto-reply emails, and I'm not going to waste my time with their voice-mail garbage. I ordered, I paid, I never received what I paid for. If this isn't a Scam site, it is run by the most incompetent MF's I've ever dealt with when ordering online.
