Avoid they can’t even give you an update taken 2 money out of my account

Dodgy

I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

Very poor communication and customer service!

I placed an order on Dec 4 which was to ship in 10 business days. It is now about two weeks later and still no shipping information and they can’t provide me with any form of ETA. Just some communication, even bad news, is better than none!!

Exceeded Expectations

I ordered a replacement pin for my trailer jack from Zoro.com. I thought I'd have trouble finding it when I started my search, but it was the first thing that pop up. (It was a little over $2). I was told at checkout to expect delivery in 19 days. I ordered and the part arrived at my front door in about 3 days. Not bad Zoro! It fits perfectly. Great price and speedy delivery. I was offered the opportunity to leave a review at checkout, (which I did: 5 stars) evaluating my experience with their website and checkout. I am pleased to report that the entire experience has been excellent.

I bought some sliding vanity mirrored…

I bought some sliding vanity mirrored doors from Zoro and I ordered before I read the reviews so I was scared. They turned out to be excellent! I'm so glad I didn't listen to the reviews. I searched everywhere for these particular items and Zoro was the only company that had them. I received them in less than a week, they were packed really well and I was so happy with the quality of the doors.

The bad reviews surprise me

The bad reviews surprise me. I ordered a Drake Toilet. Not only was it $150 cheaper than Home Depot and $75 cheaper than Amazon, it shipped free and I had it in three days. Unfortunately, it the tank arrived broke. I called Zoro's customer service and they had a replacement on my door in three days. I didn't have to send photos or go through a lot of red Tape. Issues happen, it is how a company responds that makes a difference. I will recommend this site to anyone.

Really happy with Zoro

Really happy with Zoro. They ship quickly when the items are in stock. I made some mistakes on my order, real people on the phone helped me return no issue at all. I ordered a long breaker bar, received a an empty damaged box, helpful phone support had another one sent out without issue. They could package a little better! I will purchase tools from them again.

Last week I purchased multiple items on…

Last week I purchased multiple items on their website and I even put in a Promo Code with 20% Discount. However, I found it suspicious after 5 days that they did not provide a tracking number. I called and they informed me that they don't know if any item is in stock!!! They relay only on their vendors to tell them if they have it or not. IF you're used to Amazon.com... forget about Zoro.com... it's nothing like it. Very questionable business practices, I'm still waiting for my refund.

Took my money for an order. After 3 weeks the order is Pending Fulfillment. They answer to the email after 72h (lol). This is a ridiculous company, just avoid them.

I do not know what the bad reviews were…

I do not know what the bad reviews were for, BUT my experience was grade A+. I bought some J W speaker (Brand name) head lights for my semi, an they had the best price i could find anywhere, I ordered 2 low beams ,an 2 high beams $995.00 (Not a typo) an some change. on Tuesday ,Nov17th in the afternoon at about 3pm, I RECIVED THEM ABOUT 5 PM THE NEXT DAY Wed Nov 18th VIA UPS,I was Very impressed ,an my shipping was free. I will be a loyal costumer . I forgot my reps name but he works at the Janesville location.
