Not a good experience at all
Not a good experience at all. I ordered a 2 items and was told it would be shipped in 5 days. After 10 days I called. I was on hold for 20 min before customer service answered. I was then told they would contact the company on my behalf. I was then informed that the items would ship in 7 - 14 business days. 20 days later i have contacted them to cancel my order. I was told that a refund would take another 6 days. Terrible company to work with!
