Great customer service when item arrived with shipping damage.
I ordered an electric infrared heater to suspend on my screen porch so we could continue to socially distance guests as the weather turns cold. Arrived on time, but despite seemingly very well packed, the fragile glass heater tube was broken. I called Zoro and a very friendly service rep apologized, and looked through their system and found inventory at one of their locations one state away. She said the replacement would go out next day. This was Tuesday and I had the replacement on Thursday morning. No hassle, no need to return broken part to verify damage.
