NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! ZORO DROPS THE BALL AGAIN ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AVAILABLE INVENTORY. ORDERED A MAKITA GRINDER JULY 2ND. WAITED FOR SHIP STATUS UNTIL MONDAY THE 7TH. CALLED AT 2:00 PM PST AND ASKED TO CANCEL ITEM HAD NOT SHIPPED BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL. TRACKED SHIPMENT THE 8TH BUT STILL WAS NOT SHIPPED. WENT ON THEIR SITE TO TRACK MESSAGE WAS We sincerely apologize that the below item(s) from your order (WB6847383837) did not ship as expected. We're working with our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Dodgy

I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

Impossible to contact. Took my money and ran.

I purchased a 5000 Watt Dayton Diesel generator from Zoro and paid them $4,566.14 on August 24. Ran it for less than an hour when I found oil leaking. The tech people at Dayton said it was not repairable. Zoro took it back. It is impossible to reach a human at Zoro. I spent hours on hold, tried email. Finally when the money was not returned wrote emails and snail mail letters to the President of Zoro. No response. Money was returned Oct. 14. Don't try doing business with Zoro unless you have infinite patience and money.

They have a loyal customer here ....

My first order from zoro I actually made through Walmart ... I have ordered from them and received items quickly and without issue. I’ve called them when I was having trouble finishing the order online ... and their help was quick and correct .... I always check their price over Home Depot .... especially if I have a need for enough to do free shipping...... they usually beat Home Depot AND Lowes on most items ... ABSOLUTELY a continuing customer ...

I purchased a tailgate assist for a…

I purchased a tailgate assist for a trailer, it was Ship Without Hardware to mount it, call customer service about 25 to 30 times finally got a human, they sent me another tailgate assist, it also did not have Hardware, ask for money back, and a shipping label to return never got shipping label, I am stuck with two tailgate assist with no Hardware, I would not recommend this company for nothing ,whoever packaged and shipped the tailgate assist basically knew that was not all of it there,boxes were damaged an repaired,walmart needs to dump zorro

Ordered an item from Wallmart (zoro…

Ordered an item from Wallmart (zoro sells it) and received an email next day from Wallmart that "We received your request and have successfully canceled the items listed." but I never requested a cancel. So, I ordered again and the same thing happened again and again several times. I called Walmart and they asked me to contact my credit company because it seems that it was rejected by them, but my credit company told me nothing went wrong because it was canceled by Walmart. My last order finally went through, but there was no shipping information other than the delivery day. On the estimated delivery day, I received the same cancellation email from Walmart again. I called Walmart and they said it was canceled by Zoro. I will not order anything from this company.

Great quality and service

Unbelievable. Honestly I have never heard from Zoro.com and I was kind of skeptical. I ordered some hard to find 20ft struts. I ordered right before holiday. It was delivered within 72 hours. The free shipping, great quality and fast delivery. Amazing. This is not a fake review. I have order and tracking number. Thank you. I will definitely order again.

Ordered 3 hand saws got ????

Ordered 3 hand saws, got a bunch of weird hardware that I had to return. It took almost 2 months to get my refund. I went around and around with emails from Zoro promising my refund upon receipt of the returned incorrect items. I sent it back right away. After 2 months of going in circles I put in a claim to my credit card company to get my refund. Will never order from them again.

Ordered air conditioning filter pad roll. Arrived the day before it should have. Only company that has promised and delivered in about 6 months. Everyone else has taken the order and payment then retracted On delivery date. Thank you ZORO

Do not buy from Zoro

I ordered an item from Walmart.com, but it was from Zoro. I received the item, but it was damaged. I sent messages through Walmart.com. Zoro did not respond within the advertised time, so Walmart refunded my payment and told me to discard the item. Zoro finally sent me a message basically accusing me of ripping them off. I had not hauled the item to the dump, so I told them I would send it back. Zoro sent a return label, so I returned the item. Like a sucker, I gave them another chance and re-ordered the same item directly from them. Second item came in damaged. But because their billing system was broken I could not return the item. After waiting a month, they sent me a bill. They did admit the billing issue was their fault. Still can't return the item, because I have to wait for them to process my payment. Zoro customer service is essentially unreachable. They do not timely respond to emails. When you call, you will wait at least 30 minutes on hold. The ONLY thing positive I can say is that their customer service agents are friendly and helpful, but it is extremely difficult to reach them. Zoro appears to be a poorly run company that is not focused on customer service. I will not buy from Zoro again (even if they have the cheapest price) and would not recommend them to anyone.

Don't wast your time trying to call

Don't wast your time trying to call. You will be on hold listening to recorded messages forever. Their customer service claims they will respond in 48-72 hours. Still waiting after 144 hours and no response to the original email. Have sent 2 more and still no response. Finally created a dispute with my CC company.

ordered from walmart

ordered from walmart. com marketplace. Item listed was a trucker garmen, i got send a marine garmin. Send it back the same day i got it. They send it thru regular UPS, but send me a bill of lading (normally used for pallets, cheapest slowest you can send anything anywhere). So naturally , it took 11 Days to get back. Than they take another 7-10 business day to refund you your money. Now on day 10, they told me to go thru walmart to get my refund. So after 25 days of returning an item, that was shipped, instead of an item they don't even sell, it will be 30+ days before i get a refund. Still don't have a refund and walmart is saying another 5 business days before money will be back in my account
