I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

Was looking for a cover for a new grill…

Was looking for a cover for a new grill I purchased and ZORO says ships in 3 business days or I could pay additional charges for immediate shipping. 3 days pass and no update on shipping or tracking number. Call ZORO customer service and email and get a BOT reply that they will answer in 48 hours. Phone cal gets a 20 minute wait and an excuse of the manufacturer says 5 days on shipping. Who is not telling the truth? Promise of update in 48 hours. 2 days later the same lame excuse, it's not our fault so I canceled the order and will never do business with this poorly run company again. I have been in customer service for 45 years. You don't run a successful business telling lies

How does this company stay in business?!

How does this company stay in business?! Placed a large order… no shipping date.., emailed their Customer Service… no response. Called Customer Service- Waited on hold for 15 minutes- took 5 more minutes to find out that there was a “problem with the vendor” and I would never receive my Order. What?! And they never notified me. I had to waste my valuable time because their company is a joke

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with. When my urgent order failed to arrive next day according to the lies on their website, I followed it up and was told that I would need to reorder due to a problem their end. They didn't think of contacting me about this! Then they promised it would arrive promptly but 3 days later it was still in their warehouse with no explanation after I had been told the day before that It had left the warehouse for delivery and 3 days before that they would make a special effort to get it to me early. So eventually I cancelled my order and went to a proper company. I spoke to 5 of their dreadful staff and as well as them cutting me off after being on hold for 15 mins, promising and failing to call me back, all responded with a mixture of lies and 'I don't knows' plus a generous measure of slagging off their delivery company Parcleforce - who were not at fault - and blaming problems caused by working at home. Please never use Zoro. Not worth the stress. .

Zoro.com is the absolute worst online…

Zoro.com is the absolute worst online business I've ever dealt with. I ordered an item on 4/8/21 (Item # G5894500) (Order # SO21429762). It was supposed to be shipped the next business day. I later receive an email stating the item is back ordered. OK, I figure I'll wait. And wait... and wait. 2 months go by (6/9/21) and they decide to cancel my order. I call up after seeing the item is STILL listed as available on their website. After waiting on hold for the standard 20 MINUTES, I'm told there will be no corrective action taken. This is what I get for trying to give business to a company other than Amazon. ZORO SUCKS, STAY AWAY.

What a terrible experience

What a terrible experience. When I placed an order with Zoro, I was told that the item would be shipped in 6 business days. To make a long story short, after sending emails and finally calling them, I found out after a month and a half, the manufacturer Zoro buys from, discontinued the item. I recommend that you search for another vendor rather than Zoro for your needs.

More expensive than most discount…

More expensive than most discount sellers. I had the choice of buying a Milwaukee product from one company for 99 and Zoro for 104. Zoro offered 10% off first order so I went with them. Did not see gothca language. they had an asterisk that could be read but on a different page which excluded about 50 different brands from the 10%. Wouldn't do business with a company that tricks their customers.

No shipment and no reply from customer service for a week. ZORO.COM just ignored all inquiries. ZORO.COM does not look as a business but does look like a joke. Avoid!

Terrible service all around

Terrible service all around. I wish I could give them no stars. Charged us for the tables and chairs over two months before we we received them. They kept saying that they were waiting to hear from the vendor. Once they arrived chairs were damaged, bent and missing the balanced feet caps. We have now spent two months trying to get the refunded or replaced with the excuse being that once again the vendor is not responding. Zoro YOU are representing and the face of the chairs we received and we are done. Thanks for us losing almost $500 during the pandemic because you have a crap product and crap customer service. Received an email today that we have to go buy boxes to put them in to return them. We just threw them away and will take the loss. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Canceled my order

Canceled my order. After several months of no shipping, poor customer service, zero updates. Still awaiting a refund. Stay away if possible, buy elsewhere bc this company is shadyyyy.

I placed an order with Zoro for a Shuffleboard Table

I placed an order with Zoro for a Shuffleboard Table. The website says the item will ship in 7 days which makes you believe they have this in stock. I e-mailed them to make sure it was in stock and the automated response was that they would get back to me in 2 days or so. I called the customer service number and waiting 30 minutes to speak to them. They could not tell me if the item was in stock, when it would ship. They told me they can submit a request for this information but it will take 5-7 days to get a response. I finally canceled my order because I did not feel comfortable with this company.
