Poor operations and customer service.
I ordered bubble wrap from Zoro on April 15th and no precut in a week and a half. I called it and they insisted to give it one more day; I did and still no products. I had product I the warehouse waiting to ship and upset customers. I call back to cancel the order and Im told 7-10 days to get my money back. Three weeks later NO refund and a shipping update message and a debit made to my account in the amount of 150.00, STRANGE!!!!! I never got a refund and I'm being charged another 150.00!!!!!! I call in they apologize but tell me the same thing about my refunds--7 to 10 days. This is the worst company on the face of the planet. They screw you over and do nothing to make it right! Do yourself a favor and order from Uline!! a bit pricey but you get your product and they make their mistakes right!!!
