Not as bad as the many of these reviews suggest.
Ordered from them last Monday (24/5/21), received all the correct parts, new in packaging, on Friday (28/5/21). Since they are just a retail establishment I do not expect them to be responsible for the operation of the equipment, but do expect a refund if it does not work. As of today I am very happy with the service Zoro has provided.
