I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

Do not buy from ZORO (.)

Do not buy from ZORO. On 07/04/2021, I bought a Ez Stow Hauler (G6072745) from ZORO (Order #: SO22596979). On 07/07/2021, I received an email telling me that the item ordered was in back order, and it will be shipped on 08/04/2021; and a case was created promising that ZORO "will respond to your case within 24-48 hours". It didn't happened. Today, 08/30/2021 my order is still "pending to fulfilment". I realized that ZORO is a big online store owned by Grainger, and Grainger allows ZORO to sells items they do not have in stock. It allows them to play or invest our money in the amount of millions or billions, meanwhile we are in a waiting list. It is very deceptive. I will give ZORO and Grainger a minus (-) 5 star if it will be possible.

Zoro is not professional when dealing…

Zoro is not professional when dealing with businesses. They expect you to stay till 8:30 pm on weekdays and till 6pm on Sat to receive deliveries to your business. I used to recommend them to people but I can’t do that anymore

Horrible!

Horrible! Will never order from again. Placed an order and was willing to wait the 10 business days before the item was to be dropped shipped from the manufacturer. Item did not ship on the tenth business day. Called zoro.com customer service on the twelfth business day and asked for an update. Was told they will reach out to the vendor and the trouble ticket would be made a priority. Was told it would take 4-6 business days. Called back 5 business days later and they still did not follow up with the manufacturer. Told me they would contact the manufacturer and would get back to me in another 4-6 business days. Cancelled my order and will be placing it with a company that actually communicates with their manufacturers.

Ordered a part

Ordered a part, arrived quickly but the box was open and the part was damaged. When I tried to call them, nobody picked up the phone. They are just a drop shipper so I called the company the part came from and it was the same story. I got transferred directly to a voicemail.

Sharp practice

Much as the other reviews..... Promise short delivery times and take your money. Then fail to deliver (out of stock, due middle of next month). Then you have to wait for a refund.... And wait.... And wait! Avoid.

Avoid ordering from this company

I placed an order on zoro due to the fact that it stated the item would ship within one business day. 4 days later & counting the item has not shipped. I called customer support & spoke to Rachel, who told me that on her internal system, the item would not ship for 3-5 business days. I asked how long it would take to get a refund if I decided to cancel. She said between 7-10 business days. She said if the item hasn't shipped by the 5th business day to call back! I understand there's a shortage of workers, but 5 business days for an item to ship? Where's it coming from, the moon? That's absolutely fricken ridiculous. It's 2021. 7-10 business days for a refund? You took the money right away, why does it take 7-10 fricken business days to get it back. This is my first & last time ordering from them. I'll stick to Amazon in future. Avoid at all costs. I should have read the reviews first before ordering & went with my gut.

If I could give this company below a…

If I could give this company below a one I would. I purchased one item and was charged seven times without my permission. When I called to get the issue rectified I was put on hold for no one to answer. Even after calling on multiple days I received no assistance. So save your time and money, do not buy from this company.

I have pay more in phone calls than for the product

Very bad experience. I order two fans with one day delivery. The fans arrived after 7-10 days and already 3 phone calls. The one of the two fans was not working and they said that they will send me a new one and i will receive email. Never received email. After couple of days, i called again and they said that they have send it. After couple of days i called and they said that the company will not produce at the moment any other fan and i asked for my money back. They said that they send them. After 5 days i called again and they said that needs 3-5 working days to arrive. 15 days after they said that they send them, still waiting. Very bad experience and service.

Zoro is great for three reasons

Zoro is great for three reasons: big inventory, great prices incl. shipping policy and outstanding on customer service and exchanges/refunds. But: I ordered 2 plastic shelves and one shelf came in black instead of white, and the replacement also came in black. So same mistake twice. I did get to keep both shelves and was refunded - Zoro customer service is fabulous! Also the waiting time on the phone was only between 5 and 10 minutes. I wish I could have given 5 Stars, but sending wrong color twice is a downer. I will be ordering with Zoro again for sure!

Well I find them pretty stupid they put the wrong zip code and I didn’t get my package on time never got and email and they didn’t ship shiiiiiit till I called them 6 days later after my order I will never use these incompetent turds again so don’t waist your time
