I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

Awful customer service.

Awful customer service. Ordered 17/07, item arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Took days to respond and didn't do so until I raised a paypal dispute. It's taken about 45 emails and nearly 4 weeks to have it collected but still no replacement provided. Customer services are for the most part unresponsive and when they do they are useless. Won't be using again.

Tracking # is useless

I bought a Fireproof Safe from Zoro. They provided a tracking number that didn't work. 'Odd' i thought and gave them a call. They couldn't use the tracking number on their end to see where my order is either? So these people who sold me the item didn't know where the hell my item is? 4 days later, the item shows up in my house in a random white van. And what do you know, the tracking number finally showed it being delivered! When a company is completely clueless about where the package THEY SOLD is located, or don't have a means to locate it until after it is actually delivered, you know it's a bad company. Item came fine, but will order from other sites for sure in the future to avoid this incompetence.

Zoro is one of the BEST companies I…

Zoro is one of the BEST companies I have ever dealt with and I have NEVER once had an issue with them! They offer FREE shipping and there are also discount codes that you can check before you check out saving even MORE $$ and they ship immediately, so I do not know what the others are talking about, but I personally LOVE Zoro and would recommend others to buy. Great deals with ease. :-)

Zoro, ruined by Grainger

Zoro, now owned by Grainger is not the same company. Takes a week or more to ship items "in stock", customer service takes days to respond if at all and forget about getting through their phone system. Need to process a return? Good luck. And if you go there for good prices, well they "fixed" that too. Thanks for screwing up a great company Grainger. This is a classic example of buying out your competition and destroying them in the process.

Best Special Parts Distributor Out There

I've been dealing with Zoro for years and love them. As a B2B company they are phenomenal. I think they run into problems with B2C because most consumers don't understand the nature of this industry and only go to write a review when their order takes longer than expected. Happens all the time and it is not Zoro's fault in the slightest. The manufacturer's out there just could not care less about their consumers or their product. Really sad but nothing you can do. Anyway Zoro deals with it better than most and with pretty damn good prices. If you can accept that special items are going to take longer to ship than your Amazon Essentials pillow case then these guys are for you.

STAY AWAY!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!!! I placed an order last week. As soon as the order was placed, I got an email stating it would be shipped out the next day, ground. Then within 30 minutes they sent me something asking to rate them. I stated the purchasing process was fabulous but I'd wait to make any other comments. I wanted to see how fast I got my items, and the condition. Well, today, 1 week later, they send me an email that the order isn't going to be shipped. The supplier doesn't have anymore. That can't be true since the product is available everywhere. I purchased it from Zoro only because of cost. Now I have an installer coming out next Monday and won't have my product.

Don't bother doing business with Zoro

Don't bother doing business with Zoro. I bought a roll of fencing through eBay in December, 2020. Zoro eventually responded that the product is backordered. Very conveniently, the response was sent after the eBay dispute window. I received a message that it was being shipped but it never arrived. I called and sent messages but no resolution. Taking money without providing a product is a very unethical business practice.
