I have pay more in phone calls than for the product
Very bad experience. I order two fans with one day delivery. The fans arrived after 7-10 days and already 3 phone calls. The one of the two fans was not working and they said that they will send me a new one and i will receive email. Never received email. After couple of days, i called again and they said that they have send it. After couple of days i called and they said that the company will not produce at the moment any other fan and i asked for my money back. They said that they send them. After 5 days i called again and they said that needs 3-5 working days to arrive. 15 days after they said that they send them, still waiting. Very bad experience and service.
