I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

Zoro does not care how you feel as long as they get their money

Incredibly bad experience. Zoro charged $80.00 for a $4.00 part. Three calls to customer service has resulted in zero resolution to the problem. Still waiting for a refund. CC company has disputed the charge and Zoro is disputing the dispute

Worst customer experience

Placed the order # SO23148037 on 18th Aug and was informed the next day that one of the two items is discontinued and another is on backorder. The backorder item was provided with a shipment date of 15th Sep. Today is 23rd Sep and now they tell me their supplier is not responding. Seriously. Their customer service is also pathetic, until I followed up 3 times, no one would give me any information. Worst customer experience.

Ordered parts 3 weeks ago. Says they shipped, but Fedex says there is no delivery scheduled. Seems Zoro.com is a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST Worse customer service, Promised 48 Hour shipping 5 Days later and my order has not shipped. Takes atleast 30 to 40 min for customer service to answer calls Then just been told our supplier changed the delivery time and we still do not have a tracking number for you I placed the order with Zoro not there suppliers

Order cancelled, credit card charged, no merchandise shipped

Ordered a Meyda Tiffany floor lamp. A week later, no shipping notification. Called customer service, and was told that the item is out of stock, and they have to cancel the order. Fine - received confirmation that the order was cancelled, and ordered a different torchiere, at a different web site. Suddenly, I'm receiving an email from Zoro, saying that my credit card was charged again - of course, without my permission, and of course, no merchandise is being shipped (which I don't need now anyway). No response to emails, and no refund after 2 phone calls, each time assuring me that refund will be issued immediately. This company is clueless about how to do business at best, and just plain old thieves at worst. Steer clear - you are not getting what you ordered, no matter how good is the deal you're supposedly getting (should've been a red flag, I guess).

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! received the wrong product twice. after the first time they advised they would verify the package contents before sending the product to me. overnighted the wrong product for the second time. when i called them again to see how they would correct this. they advised the solution was to give me a reimbursement and a 25% code to place a new order for the same product. then...... when i go to place an order for the product the freaking code doesnt work for this brand of product. knowing fully that i was going to place a new order for the same product to get the discount to "make it right" for their customer. i called again the explain my frustration that they have failed to correct the problem and wasted our companies time and money and was advised that they didnt fail.... "they provided the best possible solution and that code was to be used on a future order"..... i will never go to this company for business needs again.
