Horrible!
Horrible! Will never order from again. Placed an order and was willing to wait the 10 business days before the item was to be dropped shipped from the manufacturer. Item did not ship on the tenth business day. Called zoro.com customer service on the twelfth business day and asked for an update. Was told they will reach out to the vendor and the trouble ticket would be made a priority. Was told it would take 4-6 business days. Called back 5 business days later and they still did not follow up with the manufacturer. Told me they would contact the manufacturer and would get back to me in another 4-6 business days. Cancelled my order and will be placing it with a company that actually communicates with their manufacturers.
