Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

Avoid at all costs! I had a smart meter plan so they know down to the hour precisely much energy I use, but instead they use their "predictive system" which means you always pay for way more than you use, which benefits them as you pay IN ADVANCE, rather than for what you actually use. It got so expensive that I paid the €100 cancellation fee and switched providers and now THEY WONT GIVE ME MY REFUND for the amount I've prepaid! They want to hold it for 21 working days, even though it's money I've already paid for something they've never supplied! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Eduardo had an excellent telephone manner, increasingly more difficult in these times to actually get a human voice at the other end of the line. He succeeded in resolving issue and was very helpful every step of the way. He took on the action required and persisted with it until full resolution was found. It is also good that this platform can be used to promote customer service Eduardo offers.
Living overseas, the app is not available to download, so unable to see statements and usage for a property in Ireland. Had three calls requesting statements, but it was only when I managed to connect with Stephanie did I get all the queries resolved.. (clarity on App status and statement request), Stephanie took ownership and responded with everything requested, promptly, clearly and also followed up.. Many thanks Stephanie, great service.
I’ve been a customer for over a year. Today was the first time I had a query and used the contact centre. A person named Kyra was the agent that took my call and she dealt with my question quickly and professionally. I was really impressed with the service.

Moved from Yuno as NEVER CONTACTED when contract ended. I don’t like the policy of paying in advance for usage also. Got a much better rate from another provider. Moved in Dec and was contacted by them in early Jan. I gave them the reasons above as to why I moved.The rep was apologetic that I wasn’t contacted and said that the in advance payment policy was being reviewed. I asked about my refund and was told it would be processed. TWENTY WORKING DAYS later still not refunded. Rang and was told the accounts dept have 21 days to process my refund. Absolutely do not sign up with Yuno. There are much better offers on the market. You pay in advance they have full control and then you have to wait 21 working days ++ for your money back. Stay away will be my opinion.

In response to my last review, I was told I would be contacted by Sasha. I still haven't been contacted and I still haven't received my final bill or refund from when I switched in early December. Joke of a company. EDIT: I did receive my final bill yesterday which contained a blatant totting error of €100. I responded promptly and I am awaiting a response.
