Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

Very happy with service provided. Easy to use app and see what your usage is customer service is also great. Kyra helped me with a query for usage statement and was very efficient thanks a million.

Eduardo helped me on a few items today and he was very good and patient. The application is not good as it only handles one account and you have to log out and log back in with different eMail addresses and passwords to access other accounts that you may have. I have 3 accounts and it required 3 different eMail addresses and passwords so it's not efficient to be able to switch accounts easily. In terms of support, Eduardo was prompt and efficient and answered every question quickly and efficiently. Thanks Eduardo.
Kyra was amazing - patient & knowledgeable. She went through everything with me so I could understand the billing system. She was very professional but also really friendly. Best customer service ever.

I spoke with Sarang today because the charges shown on the yuno app did not equate to the kW used. Sarang was very helpful and explained what he could see on his side. Add there was a discrepancy, he asked me to send screenshots. I've done that but I haven't had a response. I'm happy with the support I received today from Sarang as he was very helpful. If I had a fix to the issue I reported, I'd score 5 out of 5.

I moved from Yuno Energy on 16th September 2024. Since moving I have tried on numerous occasion to get my microgeneration funds due from Yuno Energy but to no avail. I keep getting more excuses every time I phone them. I am a pensioner and all I want is what is well overdue to me. Eileen Hudson
