Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

Kyra is polite, caring and professional person. She helped me very well.
App is buggy and won’t allow me update default payment method from an expired card. Tried going through customer support and was passed through 5 different agents. No solution presented, no customer portal to update information myself and an endless loop of inefficient and unhelpful support agents over chat.
Yuno Energy, and Kyra whom I dealt with was very polite, and helpful and made my transition from my previous energy supplier a smooth and easy experience.
