Regular switcher who will switch from Yuno asap. Make sure you get everything in writing from them. They tried to undercharge the microgeneraion rate originally until I threatened to leave then they fixed it until the 2nd payment was due. That was 6 weeks ago and Ive still not got this resolved other than being told "soon". In the meantime they charged my account as usual but left me nearly 300 short. Customer service was good to begin with - at least they responded to emails - now they do not respond to emails and do nothing when you log a call. I will be moving when my contract is up - appalling customer service. Disappointed i have to say. Contacted by Yuno the day after the review. Correct credits applied plus a bonus for the delay. Eventually sorted thank you.
