Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money
Spoke to Yuno Energy this morning about renewing my contract. A employee assured me I would get a call back in a hour. I received not call back. Also called a month ago and asked for a employee to call me back re my contract renewal. No call back then also! Bad customer service.
I was impressed that the customer services phone number was answered immediately. Straight forward options and the option I chose answered immediately. My query was very efficiently dealt with by Keith who clearly knew his job well. Well done Yuno and Keith. I just wish some of the other utility companies could be as efficient and pleasant.
The staff are great the girl Stephanie i was talking to today was so helpful and so understanding 😊 I am not very good with it she was so patient with me n helped me get bk into my yuno energy account. I received my gas and energy bill somewhat by surprise ! I had some queries including if the Bill I received was an estimate, when to submit a gas meter reading, when payment goes out of my bank a/c , etc. I found Ajay ( Yuno ) patient , helpful and courteous in my online digital communications 👏

The bot put me through to an agent. The agent asked me for all my details and then I was cut off, having to start all over again. Same thing happened the second time. Got no where with the call unfortunately. Still haven’t answered my question!!!!
