Shocking experience, re-entered my issues multiple times and no response. Kept on saying an agent will be with you shortly, and they were not. Still haven’t gotten to the bottom of it so will need to go again tomorrow. Disaster

Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

So-so service. Standard replies by a bot were infuriating. Had to wait some time for an operator. Very slow to get an answer to my simple query. Not impressed.
Incorrect billing for a month and I am still ringing 4 months later to have rectified despite being told it would take 10 business days to reply. My issue has not been acknowledged in writing or by phone and I am now resorting to ringing twice a day to hopefully kick them into action. I am loath to change suppliers until the issue is rectified.

Dealt with the customer service agent Frank, he was knowledgeable to the point and overall very helpful. As a whole the YUNO app is what puts them ahead of competitors, the ease of use and daily breakdown encourage energy savings.

Stephanie was very helpful today when I had a query on when I will get my credit for micro generation from my solar pv system.
I have been with Yuno Electricity for only a few months, and I regret it. I was instructed to submit my reading on the 18th of every month, which I did. However, yesterday my bill was €418, with an additional €50 charge. Honestly, this is the amount I used to pay in Electric Ireland for 60 days, not one month. I am seriously considering leaving Yuno Energy because I've had enough; I can't even buy food as all my money goes towards electricity now.
I had an issue adding new bank details to my account via the App. Stephanie was very helpful and explained how to fix the issue.
KYRA was great in assisting me today and even asked to assist me further when the problem was fixed.
I had a bit of a dilemma yesterday with bank account changes and Richard was a great help and explained everything to me and confirming that I won't have any hassles and everything can be done via the app.

Although staff were very nice nobody could help me. I signed up for gas and electricity yet my gas never transferred. They could not offer me and solution other than to sign up with another supplier.
