Still no response
In response to my last review, I was told I would be contacted by Sasha. I still haven't been contacted and I still haven't received my final bill or refund from when I switched in early December. Joke of a company. EDIT: I did receive my final bill yesterday which contained a blatant totting error of €100. I responded promptly and I am awaiting a response.
