My Full Year with Yuno
My experience with Yuno over the past year has been very positive. Any time I needed advice, my call was answered immediately, and everyone I dealt with was more than helpful.
Throughout the year, I used a spreadsheet to keep track of all my bills, including usage, PoS standing charges, VAT, and payments made. This helped me clearly understand the refund due to me.
After 22 days, I spoke with Stephanie, who promised to escalate the final bill within one to three days. To my surprise, she called me late in the evening on the second day—not only to confirm the escalation, but to tell me the refund had already been processed and was in my bank account.
When I checked against my spreadsheet, the number matched exactly.
