Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

The costumer service chat is excellent. Great agents. I really don't like, however, having to go to the trouble of submitting readings every month! It's a hassle as I don't have smart meters...
I had a problem with my app I rang this company and I was talking to a person called josh he couldn't have been more helpful he spent over a half hour going through the problem until it was resolved the best customer service I ever had
Joined 6 weeks ago.advised I can top up both gas and electric through the app.still can't top up gas and they are unable to generate my bill from last month.staff were very helpful. not very good set up definitely going to move away.ive called at least 7 times no call back or problem not resolved..no impressed
Simply more expensive than my previous providers, despite continuously improving per KW rates in the market. About 20-25%. 12 months later no feedback or sign of the promised smart meter. My neighbour's with SSE had one in 3 months. That’s just my experience… Will keep you posted on their final bill against my reading submission. UPDATE: While I see below YUNO have shunned the blame to the ESB, I did contact YUNO for an update and I was assured on more than one occasion that they would revert with an update on the meter change; they did not. That's a YUNO customer service issue, as is Sasha's response.

Worse company ever. No transparence on bills and recently they trippled my bill saying it's because they undercharged me 6 months ago. Which doesn't show on the bill. 348€/months for a 1 bedroom apartment. They are thieves
