Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

I was hesitant about contacting customer support because of the artificial virtual agent but I was pleasantly surprised. I was quickly transferred to an actual customer support and Rebecca solved my issue momentarily. I hope more companies can take an example from Yuno.

I had a query on my gas bill which I was quite upset about.I called Yuno and spoke with Constance. She was incredibly helpful,professional and empathetic. She listened patiently to my complaint, reviewed my bill carefully and then provided a thorough explanation to erase the ambiguity I had encountered. She then proceeded to offer tips on how to navigate the whole billing process going forward. I left the call not just happy but feeling very empowered. Thank you very much Constance, you’re amazing. Keep up the good work.
