Poor customer service if something wrong with bill
I have been a customer since October 2024. On March 3rd 2025, I realised that I got overcharged for my Gas bill and I suspect it is due to myself sending two meter readings instead of one. Therefore, I was charged TWICE. I opened a ticket with the Support Team on March 5th to get clarification on this. The agent escalated my ticket to the Billing Team soon after and that is when my faith in Yuno went out the window. It is April 16th today so nearly a month and a half has passed since I opened my ticket and I have STILL not received an explanation about what happened with that bill.
